1. Returns: We offer 7-day return policy from date of delivery. Product must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and bills.

2. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for: Coin Tissue, Glass Cleaning Tablets, Wardrobe Freshener Tablets, Croc Ashtray (if used), and any personal care products once opened.

3. Damaged/Wrong Product: If you receive damaged, defective or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photos at hello.babunn@gmail.com. We will replace it free of cost.

4. Refund Process: Once return is picked up and quality checked, refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days to original payment method.

5. Cancellation: You can cancel order before it is shipped. Prepaid orders will be refunded within 5-7 days. COD orders cancelled after shipping may attract Rs 99 cancellation charge on next order.
